Supplement Returns
If you're not satisfied with your supplement purchase, please contact us first at support@core3vitality.com with your Order Number. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
To be eligible for a refund:
Products must be unopened, with the clear safety seal fully intact
We must receive your return within 60 days of the original order date
Opened bottles are non-refundable
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Digital Products & Courses
Due to the instant nature of delivery, all digital product purchases — including our online courses and downloadable resources — are final and non-refundable.

🔁 Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive automatic deliveries based on your chosen frequency (e.g., every 30 days). Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before your next billing date.
You’ll be charged on the same day of each subscription cycle.
We send a reminder email 1 day before your renewal, so you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime.
Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Our fulfillment team begins preparing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping and product freshness.
To avoid charges, please cancel or adjust your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Forgot You Subscribed?
If you forgot about your subscription and were charged, we understand — it happens.
However, because your order is processed and packed right away, we're unable to refund already-shipped subscription orders.
